The movie “Michael” impressed viewers with its cool visuals and intense action scenes. It was written and directed by Ranjit Jeyakodi and is in Telugu. The story is pretty straightforward, focusing more on action than a complex plot. Sundeep Kishan plays the main character, Michael, who is a young gangster in 80s Bombay. He learned the ropes from a powerful crime boss in the city. When there’s an attempt to kill his boss, Michael is assigned to take out a rival gang leader. But things get complicated when he falls in love with the rival gang leader’s daughter. This leads to a series of problems as Michael goes against his old gang.
Michael (2023) : Plot
In the 1980s, Michael is a gangster trained by the crime boss Gurunath in Bombay. He’s not treated well by Gurunath’s family, especially his son Amarnath and wife Charulatha. Gurunath sends Michael to Delhi to kill his rival Rathan and his daughter Theera. But Michael falls in love with Theera and refuses to do it. Later, Amarnath reveals he orchestrated an attack on his father and takes over. He also admits that Theera truly loves Michael. Amarnath kills Rathan and shoots Michael. Michael survives, kills Amarnath, and escapes with Theera.
Gurunath swears revenge and offers a reward for Michael and Theera’s capture. They find refuge with Kannamma and her husband, who protect them from Gurunath’s men. Michael learns about his past and returns to confront Gurunath. He reveals his relation and how Amarnath tried to take over. Michael avenges his mother’s suffering by killing Charulatha and Gurunath. He reunites with Theera and takes over Gurunath’s empire in Bombay. Gurunath’s secret twin brother kidnaps Swamy, seeking revenge against Michael.
