Master (2021): Plot
In 2002, Bhavani witnesses the murder of his family and is wrongly imprisoned, leading him to become a ruthless gangster. Years later, he uses inmates to take the blame for his crimes and rises in the criminal world. In 2019, John Durairaj (J.D) is a college lecturer facing challenges. After an election, he is assigned to a juvenile detention facility where he discovers corruption and violence. When he learns about the deaths of two inmates, he seeks justice. J.D reforms the inmates, uncovers Bhavani’s criminal operations, and confronts him. With the help of a friend and the inmates, J.D defeats Bhavani and his gang. The facility is shut down, and J.D and the adults are sent to another prison to continue their reform efforts.
