Soodhu Kavvum (2013): Plot
Friends Kesavan, Sekar, and Pagalavan join Das, a kidnapper with an imaginary girlfriend. They successfully kidnap Arumai Pragasam, a politician’s son, only to discover Arumai staged it. Collaborating, they extort money. A van crash leads to an argument, Arumai fleeing with the cash, and the gang kidnapping him again. Arumai perjures, leading to their acquittal. Encounter specialist Bramma seeks revenge but accidentally shoots himself. Arumai swaps ransom money with newspapers, tricking the chief minister. Arumai enters politics, wins elections, and Das continues kidnapping, breaking his own rules.
