Watch 24 on HDHUB4U: 24 is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language movie that combines science fiction and action. It was written and directed by Vikram Kumar and explores the idea of time travel. The film features Suriya in three different roles, and also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen.
24 (2016): Plot
In 1990, Sethuraman invents a time-travel watch but is attacked by his evil twin Athreya, who kills his wife Priya to get the watch. Sethuraman escapes with their son, Mani. He entrusts Mani’s care to Sathyabhama and faces Athreya, who kills him. 26 years later, Mani, unaware of his parents’ identity, discovers the watch. Athreya, who survived but is paralyzed, wants the watch’s power to regain his lost youth. Mani realizes the watch’s abilities and its origin, and Athreya’s obsession becomes evident. Mani creates a copy of the watch.
Athreya attacks Mani and gets the original. He learns he can’t go beyond 24 hours. Athreya pretends to be Sethuraman, and Mani upgrades the watch. Mani discovers Athreya’s true identity and the reason for his parents’ deaths. Mani tricks Athreya into revealing the date of his parents’ death and goes back to warn them. Sethuraman freezes time and defeats Athreya. Sethuraman decides to discard the watch. Sethuraman and Priya board a train and decide to start anew by becoming science teachers at Sathyabhama’s school. The film ends with a young Mani talking to a young Sathya.
